Wenanbao provides in-person meeting, conversation and dictation recording, playback, markers, audio import, text editing and export, and backend-based cloud transcription when available. This development test version has demonstration-only AI text organization. Call recording, watch apps, account sync and paid subscriptions are not provided. Features follow the current version and its explicit descriptions.
02 Agreement and choices
Browsing this website does not authorize an audio upload. These terms do not replace the privacy statement, microphone permission or individual transcription confirmation. A public service must provide an opportunity to read and confirm relevant terms before use. You may decline the corresponding service. Statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
03 Your content and limited authorization
You retain your rights in recordings and documents you are entitled to use. Confirming cloud transcription authorizes only the transmission, conversion, temporary storage and recognition needed for that request. It does not authorize sale, advertising use or unrelated model training. Use third-party content only within your lawful authority.
04 Recording, storage and recovery
Background recording depends on permissions, battery, storage, system audio and background policies. Calls or audio interruptions can pause capture; check and resume manually. Recovery operates on complete frames already written. It cannot recreate audio after an interruption or guarantee recovery of unwritten data. Test before important meetings, check playback afterward and export important records.
The product is not long-term cloud storage or device sync. Deleting local records, clearing data or uninstalling can remove data irreversibly. System backups and exported copies follow their respective systems or recipients. This does not waive our legal duties for data security, defect correction or other responsibilities.
05 Recognition and verification
Cloud recognition can be affected by noise, accents, mixed languages and recording quality, causing missing or incorrect words, timing errors or speaker-segmentation errors. Verify against the original audio before relying on results. Unverified text should not be the sole basis for significant decisions or professional conclusions. Availability, duration and size limits follow the current interface.
06 Responsible use
Do not use the product for unauthorized covert recording, privacy or intellectual-property violations, content you are not entitled to process, service attacks, access-control bypass or unlawful distribution. Necessary responses to abuse and security incidents should be proportionate, explain relevant reasons and preserve legally required channels to challenge them.
07 Fees, versions and changes
The current test version has no paid subscription or automatic charges. Any future paid feature must clearly state pricing, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms and require separate confirmation. These terms do not authorize future charges. Material feature, provider or processing changes require appropriate notice; personal-data changes also follow the privacy statement and applicable law.
08 Responsibility and interruptions
We should take reasonable measures to maintain software and data security and address known defects or interruptions appropriately. Responsibility for network, provider or device issues follows actual causes, fault and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and test status does not waive applicable duties.
09 Ending use, disputes and contact
You may stop using the product, export content and delete local records. Submitted tasks and temporary copies follow the privacy statement. Contact support or privacy channels about concerns, or use legally available dispute-resolution venues. Applicable-law or dispute provisions do not remove mandatory protections in your location.
The version, effective status and date are stated at the top of this page. Public-service operator details, contact information and actual service configuration must remain accurate, with notice of material changes.
